Shipping Addresses
Credit card payments: we normally only ship to the address to which your card is registered.
We can ship to a different addresses on receipt of pre-payment by bank transfer - please call 01909 569451.
Important Note About Deliveries
Please note that most 3rd party couriers, like the ones we use, will only deliver to your door or gate. It is your responsibility to arrange to move the items from the point of drop. For instance, couriers are not insured to take items up to your flat if you live in a block of flats. Please bear in mind that these are heavy items so please take care when moving them.
Delivery
Our carriers deliver during normal working hours, Monday to Friday.
Please advise if there are any restrictions on deliveries at your location, eg. difficult access, parking restrictions, Red Routes/No Parking, timed delivery slots, etc. Unfortunately if you do not advise us of such restrictions the planned delivery may be delayed or missed.
Damages
Please notify us about damaged goods or discrepancies with your order immediately on 01909 569451.
Orders Under 50kg and Premium Sample packs
Your order will be delivered by DPD parcel service in a carton. We use DPD Next Day service for small orders. A signature will be required on delivery.
Orders Over 50kg
Your order will be delivered via the Palletways network. These will always be on a pallet of various sizes. There must be access for the Palletways lorry, which is slightly larger than an average bin lorry. Again a signature will be required.
Returns
The Buyer may cancel the order within reasonable time prior to despatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods arrive damaged the buyer must provide photographic evidence and notify the seller in writing by e-mail at sales@sliptec.co.uk or telephone the office on 01909 569451. The Seller reserves the right to inspect the goods if they deem it necessary. Please see our full Terms and Conditions.
